About the Role:
We’re seeking a dependable, proactive, and people-centered Account Manager to join our team and support our rapidly growing customer base. In this role, you’ll be the front line of the NexaNano client experience—answering questions, guiding purchase decisions, following up with existing customers, and keeping every relationship organized, supported, and well-served.
This is a flexible, hybrid position (a blend of in-person collaboration at our Payson, UT office and remote work) ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. Full training and ongoing support are provided. This is a base + commission role with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $9,600+ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connecting with inboud leads via phone and email with professionalism and warmth.
- Following up with customers who have purchased NexaNano products to ensure satisfaction, continued engagement, and repurchasing.
- Providing accurate information about products, pricing, and order options.
- Recording call notes and updates in our CRM system to maintain organized client records.
- Managing ongoing customer relationships, ensuring questions and needs are addressed promptly.
- Collaborating with the internal team to improve the customer journey and sharing insights from the field.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with solid follow-up habits
- Self-motivated and able to work independently (you’ll manage your own schedule)
- Comfortable with CRM tools (HighLevel training provided)
- Sales experience or account management experience preferred
- Reliable internet and phone access
